中新网本溪11月8日电 (李晛)据本溪市溪湖区人民政府8日消息，11月7日14时07分许，本溪市盛安建筑工程有限公司在对原溪湖区河东街道办事处记录纸厂(已停产)一处未使用楼体进行修缮加固过程中，发生坍塌事故，造成3名施工人员被困。经全力搜救，截至8日2时40分，搜救出全部3人，立即送往医院救治，经全力抢救无效死亡。
