村民议事前，县农业农村局工作人员用航拍照片和地籍图纸说明了土地整理的情况。县自然资源局工作人员用第三方测算的数据说明了土地整理给村集体带来的福利。县法院法官结合纠纷实际，用通俗易懂的语言将复杂的法律条文转化为村民们易于理解的“乡里乡音”，以生动形象的事例为村民们带来了一堂“信访法治化”课程，引导和鼓励大家通过合法途径表达诉求，维护集体和自身的合法权益。
